It was 1945. The eagles nest. The third reich was on it's knees.  In last ditch hopes to save the war effort professor John D. Stonefeller genetically altered kittens.  These kittens would distract the allied forces while the Germans would retreat.  Once he knew they had failed, he started producing them for the public.
